In regards to the thought reading: this is just reading thoughts. He cannot see into anyone's mind nor can he see their past or anything like that. He just can read what they are thinking.
Can Nightmare read your character's thoughts? And if so, to what extent?
Can Nightmare show up in your character's dreams?
Also, if anyone ever wants him to show up in their dreams, feel free to mention it.

If Nightmare tries to expose her in any way, she will try and do whatever she can to stop him and that includes murder, taking people hostage, blackmail, etc.
